1. Copyright policy

Haemimont Games AD ("Haemimont Games") grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-assignable right to use and display, for home, non-commercial, and personal use only, one copy of any material and/or software that you may download from our site, including, but not limited to, files, codes, audio or images incorporated in or generated by the software (collectively the "Downloaded Content"), provided, however, that you must include or maintain all copyright and other notices contained or associated with such Downloaded Content. You acknowledge and agree that you may not sublicense, assign, or otherwise transfer this license or the Downloaded Content and that no title to the Downloaded Content has been or will be transferred to you from Haemimont Games or anyone else. You also agree that you will not alter, disassemble, decompile, reverse engineer or otherwise modify the Downloaded Content.

Haemimont Games reserves the right to revoke this limited use right at any time, for any reason, and at its sole discretion. You may not use Haemimont Games' materials on sites that feature defamatory, pornographic, or inflammatory content, including, but not limited to, hacks and cheats for any of Haemimont Games' products or any other content that Haemimont Games finds inappropriate or unlawful.

2. Mirroring Downloaded Content

Haemimont Games allows non-commercial mirroring of its patches, demos, screenshots, in-game movies, concept art, etc. This applies ONLY if you do not alter the patches or demos in any way, and all files included with the original patch or demo are present and intact. However, Haemimont Games reserves the right to revoke this limited use right at any time, for any reason, and at its sole discretion.

3. Creating your own content

3.1 Maps

Haemimont Games allows and encourages users to create their own maps and to distribute them through their Web sites as long as they are not for sale or profit or made available for any other commercial purpose as defined solely by Haemimont Games.

3.2 Add-ons, expansions

You cannot create and distribute add-ons or expansions for any of Haemimont Games' products.

3.3 Site translation

You cannot translate Haemimont Games' Web site to another language.

3.4 Hacks and cheats

You cannot create and/or distribute any hacks or cheats of Haemimont Games' products. The use of or distribution of cheats published by Haemimont Ganes may be permissable in cases where such published cheats are made available on Haemimont Games' site.

3.5 Story

You cannot create and/or distribute any novels, screenplays, or any other adaptations based on Haemimont Games' products.

3.6 Fan sites, clan sites

Haemimont Games encourage users to create their own fan sites and/or clan sites. If you have created any such sites, please let Haemimont Games know so that it will be able to include link(s) to your site(s).
